The Challenge
Stress-free payment and enjoyment
The goal was to implement an efficient payment system to improve the festival experience for all visitors. Traditional payment methods such as cash can lead to long queues and delays at the bar, food trucks and merchandise points. By introducing an innovative and automated system, they wanted to provide a smooth and stress-free payment experience, allowing people to spend more time enjoying the music and activities at the festival.
The Solution
Pay by debit card, cash card and phone
Upon entry, all visitors were given the option to pay with their debit card, a special cash card or their phone. Using these methods, festival goers could conveniently pay at all bars, food trucks, camping, market stalls and merchandise points using their chosen payment method. This provided a fast and efficient payment experience, avoiding long waits.
